MUTOH HOLDINGS CO., LTD. made a fresh start, based on MUTOH INDUSTRIES LTD., from April 2007 as a holding company retaining a total of seven subordinate business-four in Japan and three overseas-engaged in information and imaging-related device business, information service business, real estate leasing, and other operations.

In 2008, MUTOH HOLDINGS CO., LTD. acquired a business group controlling sales in the Scandinavian region through MUTOH EUROPE nv (Now MUTOH Belgium nv). In 2009, via MUTOH INDUSTRIES LTD., we set up three subsidiary companies in the Asia-Oceania region to expand sales there. Recently, MUTOH HOLDINGS CO., LTD. has grown into a business group with a total of eleven subordinate business companies-four in Japan and seven overseas.

Our management principles are as follows:

In keeping with this philosophy, we are strengthening product development and service systems emphasizing improvement of customer satisfaction levels and buildup of business bases, to secure steady profits and improvements in performance.

The recent worldwide recession has affected the management environment surrounding our group. The business environment has entered an era of major changes of technological innovation, requiring capacities to respond to such market environmental changes, and to create and provide values in new ways.

MUTOH HOLDINGS CO., LTD. will focus on planning our strategies and making continuous investments to optimize our management resources and expedite decision-making to cope with market changes. Furthermore we will also make every effort to globally expand the existing businesses and to create new business opportunities.
